The Barossa is renowned throughout the world as one of Australia's best known wine regions, with its fertile soil and Mediterranean-like climate producing great wines. But the Barossa is so much more than winemaking, with a distinctive culinary tradition that can be traced back to the early European Settlers. The Slow Food movement is dedicated to preserving these traditions, values and regional identity, through promoting the use of regional produce, restoring time-honoured methods of production and preparation, and sharing food at communal tables.
Seppelt is proud to be a part of the Barossa Slow Festival with the 'The Avenue of Hope and Dreams'.
