Twice a year we release three wine collections for our Custodian members: the Sparkling Collection, Drumborg Collection and Victorian Shiraz Collection.
To become a Custodian of Seppelt member, simply choose one or more of these collections for delivery in June and/or November.

This collection pays homage to an almost 130-year legacy of excellence in sparkling wine. The Sparkling Collection contains two bottles each of the Salinger Vintage Cuvée 2015, Salinger Premium Cuvée NV and Original Sparkling Shiraz NV.
Drumborg Collection
Twice yearly in June and November
Just 94 hectares of expertly tended vines in the Victorian hinterland are responsible for some of Australia’s most revered fruit. The Drumborg Collection contains a bottle each of current vintage Drumborg wine.
Victorian Shiraz Collection
Twice yearly in June and November
The famed Victorian vineyards deliver fruit of perfect ripeness and balance — the hallmark of cool climate Shiraz. The Victorian Shiraz Selection contains two bottles of each of St. Peter's, Mount Ida, and Chalambar Shiraz.
